The Home Roaster's Variety Pack

Most people starting out with home roasting buy one coffee and stick with it until they feel confident. That's a reasonable approach, but it means you're learning on a single reference point, and you'll build a much clearer picture of what roasting does to coffee if you're working across different origins, processes, and species from the beginning.

This pack contains four coffees from our home roasting range — coffees selected for accessibility, consistency, and value. Between them they cover a natural East African Arabica, a natural Brazilian Arabica, a washed Colombian Arabica, and a Robusta. Two continents, two processes, two species. Roast all four and you'll start to understand how those variables interact with heat, time, and development in ways that a single-origin approach won't show you as quickly.
