Profitec Twist SD54 Coffee Grinder

Profitec Twist SD54 Coffee Grinder: Precision Single Dose Grinding

The Profitec Twist SD54 is a specialized single-dose coffee grinder engineered for enthusiasts who prioritize freshness and exactness. By focusing on a single-dosing workflow, this machine ensures that every gram of coffee you put in is what you get out, eliminating the stale grounds often left behind in traditional hoppers. It is a compact yet powerful addition to any high-end home espresso setup, bridging the gap between professional performance and kitchen-friendly design.

Key Features

• Professional stepless adjustment
• Minimal coffee retention
• Precision steel burrs
• Durable metal housing

Minimal Retention Workflow

One of the primary advantages of the Twist SD54 is its focus on low retention. Equipped with a silicone coffee bellow and a magnetic dosing cup, the grinder allows you to clear the grinding chamber completely after every use. This design prevents old coffee oils and grounds from contaminating your next shot, ensuring that the flavor profile of your beans remains pure and vibrant.

Professional Stepless Adjustment

Achieving the perfect espresso extraction requires minute changes in grind size. The Twist SD54 features a stepless adjustment system, meaning you are not limited to fixed "clicks" or pre-set notches. This allows you to fine-tune the 54 mm stainless steel flat burrs to the exact micron required for your specific bean variety and roast level, providing the ultimate control over your brewing variables.

Robust Construction and Power

Despite its sleek and compact footprint, the Twist SD54 is built for longevity. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel housing and a direct-drive 235 W motor that operates at 1400 RPM. This combination provides the torque necessary for consistent grinding speeds, which is essential for uniform particle size distribution. The use of high-quality materials ensures the machine remains stable and quiet during operation.
