Mizen 65 Conical Burrs

The LAGOM Casa uses OPTION-O's in-house developed Mizen 65 conical burrs, designed as an all-purpose burr set for balanced and flavorful coffee. Extensive taste testing focused on clarity and balance, with the burrs performing especially well with light roast coffee while remaining versatile across different roast levels and brewing methods. The 65 mm hardened steel burrs are suitable for espresso, pour over, filter coffee, French press, and cold brew.

Precision and Consistent Grinding

Precision is a key part of the LAGOM Casa design. Critical components are CNC-machined to tight tolerances, helping ensure excellent burr alignment straight out of the box. A triple-bearing shaft arrangement provides stable and concentric burr rotation, while the low-RPM grinding system helps improve grind uniformity and reduce unnecessary heat during grinding.

Stepless Adjustment and Low Retention

The LAGOM Casa features stepless grind adjustment with clear markings for intuitive and precise dialing in.
