Precision Grinding Performance

The Lagom 01 uses large 102mm Mizen 102OM blind burrs made from hardened steel for precise and consistent coffee grinding. These flat burrs are optimized for modern light roasts and provide the grinding performance needed for specialty coffee preparation.

The direct drive system and adjustable RPM range from 200 to 1700 RPM allow users to control grinding speed according to their preferred coffee and brewing method. The stepless grind adjustment provides fine control, making it easy to dial in the right grind size for espresso, pour over, and other brewing methods.

Efficient Single-Dose Workflow

Designed as a single-dose coffee grinder, the Lagom 01 has a 300g aluminum bean hopper and an ultra-low retention grinding system. The low-retention design helps reduce leftover coffee grounds inside the grinder, making it easier to switch between different coffees while maintaining a clean and efficient workflow.

Auto-purge and auto switch-off functions add further convenience during everyday use. The magnetic modular platform can accommodate different accessories, including portafilter holders and grind cups, giving users more flexibility when preparing coffee.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance

The Option-O Lagom 01 is designed for straightforward routine maintenance. Its tool-less disassembly system allows the grinder to be opened and cleaned without specialized tools. The design also helps users perform regular cleaning without changing their grind settings.

The aluminum housing provides a strong and durable structure while maintaining the clean, modern appearance that the Lagom 01 is known for. Its unibody construction also supports stable burr alignment for reliable grinding performance.

Built for Specialty Coffee

With its 102mm Mizen 102OM blind burrs, stepless adjustment, variable RPM control, low-retention design, and direct drive system, the Option-O Lagom 01 is built for coffee enthusiasts who want precise control over their grinding process.

The combination of large flat burrs, hardened steel construction, and a carefully designed workflow makes the Lagom 01 a strong choice for specialty coffee preparation at home or in demanding coffee setups.
