Kello Wete

Grown by smallholder farmers on the fertile highlands of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia (2,050 masl), where coffee is intercropped with food crops in a traditional polyculture system. This heirloom variety is washed, soaked for 48 hours, and dried on raised African beds for 18–21 days. Expect delicate elderflower and apricot.
