High in the Cordillera mountain range of Atok, Benguet, 72 farming families cultivate this exceptional coffee. Fed by year-round natural springs, the farms offer perfect conditions for producing coffee with a distinct character.

Cherries are handpicked and floated to remove under-ripe and defective fruit, then pulped, fermented, rinsed, and dried on raised beds to preserve their vibrant flavours. The result is a coffee with a bright aroma of calamansi and white grape, complemented by crisp acidity, a velvety body, and a gentle caramel sweetness.

This coffee reflects the dedication of the farmers and the unique terroir of Atok, delivering a cup that’s both vibrant and deeply satisfying.
